A girl, a bus and an encounter that changed everything.
In 2004, while sitting at the back of a public transit bus, my life forever changed. I was unsure of what was happening, but there was a stirring deep inside, and the tears began to roll down my cheek. It was an awakening, and I knew, at that moment, that God was calling me to do more. I didn't fully understand what that meant, but I knew I couldn't ignore it. No more holding back. No more living small. It was time to step into the fullness of the life I was created for.
It was time to go all in with Jesus.
Growing up, I had a strong foundation of faith laid by my family, but this was the moment I personally chose to build on that legacy, making my faith my own. On this journey, God has revealed the message of the 1Life. It's about living with intentionality, embracing God's love, and becoming the fullest expression of who He's called me to be. Now, as a Bible Teacher, Speaker, Life Strategist, and Author, my mission is to help others do the same.

The Home of the 1Life
The 1Life framework is all about helping you find clarity, freedom, and empowerment by living life with Christ at the center. Rooted in scriptures like Daniel 11:32, John 10:10, and Romans 12:1-2, the 1Life is defined as a life of wholeness and unity—where every part of who you are is aligned with the leadership of Jesus Christ. We live this out through the motto: Christ in Me in This World.
Living 1Life means embracing a holistic approach to life—understanding how to navigate the balance between our inner world and the world around us, and how we relate to others. It's an invitation to dive deep into questions like “What’s my purpose?” “What should I be doing?” and “What does success really mean?” This framework is designed to empower you, giving you the tools to live intentionally with God, resist distractions, and move forward in faith. It’s about living fully, with clarity and purpose, as you grow and lead with Christ guiding every step.
